LIVING WELL IN DYNASTY
Everyone loves rookies, but don't get caught spending a high dynasty-league pick on an unproven commodity. Most
quarterbacks take years to develop. Running backs are a little safer … then again, how's Trent Richardson working out?
This year, wide receiver has some appeal—Sammy Watkins was the lone rookie to crack my top 50 keepers (below), but he'll likely be overdrafted. Remember, sure you want to win in 2017; just don't forget about 2014. —ERIC KARABELL

ANDREW LUCK Putting Luck ahead of Stafford, Cam, Brees and Peyton is gutsy, but I'm on board. I would've actually taken it one step further: Luck would be my No. 1 dynasty QB— even ahead of Rodgers..
ZAC STACY Wow, I thought I was high on Stacy. He's a little overrated here. I'm not sure his punishing style will grant him as much longevity as Eric is predicting. Gio, Peterson and Forte should all go before he does.

SAMMY WATKINS Interesting. Watkins would make my top 50, but I'd have fellow rookie Mike Evans ahead of him, and Evans didn't make Eric's list. I love deep threats and red zone studs, and Evans is both.
JOSH GORDON And the problem child appears. Your impulse might be to take Gordon higher than this, because eventually he'll go back to stud-hood (league-leading 1,646
